At Westhill Park Baptist Church, we use artificial intelligence tools thoughtfully and transparently to enhance our ministry work while keeping people at the center of everything we do.

What We Use AI For:

• Sermon research (always reviewed by pastoral staff)
• Administrative tasks like meeting summaries and communication drafts
• Sermon Summaries and
• Data analysis

Our Commitments:

• All pastoral care, spiritual guidance, and final sermon content comes directly from our staff
• We protect your personal information and never use it to train AI systems
• We’re transparent about when AI assists in creating content
• Human wisdom, prayer, and the Holy Spirit’s guidance remain central to our ministry
• We follow copyright laws and respect intellectual property

What We Don’t Do:

• Use AI for writing sermons or messages
• Use AI for counseling, crisis intervention, or sensitive pastoral care
• Replace human connection and relationship in ministry
• Share confidential congregational information with AI systems
• Rely on AI for theological decision-making or church governance
